I’m Annemee Hartsuiker, a graphic designer and letterpress printer based in the Netherlands and the founder of Studio Hartsuiker.
With a background in graphic design, my work is rooted in typography, composition and a love for working with paper. I design wedding stationery from my studio in Enschede, where I also print each piece myself.

At the heart of my studio is an Arab platen press, built by Josiah Wade Ltd. in Halifax around 1910. More than a century later, I use it to produce my designs using traditional techniques including letterpress, blind debossing and hot foil.

From the first idea to the final print, everything is created here in my studio. It’s a slow and hands-on way of working, and that’s exactly what I love about it.
