Before ordering



WHO ARE THESE INVITATIONS FOR?

If you are looking for something special and unique, you're at the right adress. Everything that is delivered by Studio Hartsuiker is made by hand. A time consuming  process but this ensures a high quality end product.




What's the price range?

Due to the intensive design process and the slow printing process, the invitations are relatively more expensive than regular printing techniques and invitations that you can buy pre-designed online. All invitations are printed one by one on the antique press.
The price partly depends on the design, printing techniques and extras, it is not possible to name a price in advance. However, I can give an estimation so that you get an idea of ​​the price: Save the Dates start from € 800 and Invitations start from € 1650.




Do you have samples available?

Yes! When we start collaborating I will send you some samples so you get a feel of the paper & the printing techniques. I only work with high quality papers due to their tactile finishings, this gives the paper goods a very high end feel.




Can I see a proof before I order?

I mostly print my wedding invitations on an antique printing press, which allows me to use printing techniques such as letterpress, embossing and foil printing. There printing techniques require special metal printing plates  that are made by a specialized company. For this reason it is not possible to print a proof beforehand, but that is why I ensure that my digital designs appear as realistic as possible.

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY INVITATIONS?

I take on a limited number of projects per year due to the intensive nature of the design and printing process. Requests for Wedding Invitations & Save The Dates must be made 3 months prior to sending, so reserve your spot on time.




Logistics



How many invitations should I order?

When ordering your wedding invitations, it can be tricky to determine exactly how many you need. I recommend taking a few factors into consideration to help you make the right decision. First, consider the number of guests you invite and whether they are individuals, couples, or families. Some guests may only require one invitation, while others may need multiple invitations. It's also important to consider ordering extra invitations, just in case of any errors, lost in the mail, or last-minute additions to your guest list. Additionally, having a keepsake suite to remember your special day is always a great idea. Ordering extra invitations can also be helpful for photography purposes.




What's the minimum order quantity?

30 pieces.




What if I need extra?

When the invitations are printed on the antique printing press it can be expensive to make a extra small amount after you received your invitations. This is because the press has to be set up differenlty for each design and some elements may be printed seperatly. I always advice my couples to add 10 extra cards to their invitation set to avoid high costs.




Do you offer quest adressering?

Yes! If you opt for this service, I will provide you with a document to fill out with your guests' names and addresses. It is also possible to a add the white glove shipment service, this means that I will take care of assembling, guest adressering, postage and mail them directly to your guests, saving you time and effort.





Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, I offer dometic and internation shipping. It is important to note that shipping is only included for NL orders. For international orders, the shipping fee will be billed separately.
