At Studio Hartsuiker, I create bespoke wedding stationery that captures the essence of your love story with timeless design and refined craftsmanship.

Rooted in a background in design and a deep appreciation for the tactile beauty of letterpress, my work blends traditional printing methods with modern aesthetics to craft elegant, meaningful stationery suites.

Each project begins with a thoughtful consultation to explore your vision, followed by a collaborative design process where every detail is shaped with care and intention.

Studio Hartsuiker is an independent design and print studio. Every suite is personally crafted and hand-printed by me, Annemee Hartsuiker, ensuring full creative control and a seamless experience from start to finish.

The process of creating unique custom wedding stationery

1. Initial inquiry and consultation

Once I receive your request, we’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your wishes, style, and wedding plans. This helps me understand your vision and determine if we’re the right fit.

2. Booking and design fee

To reserve your spot in my calendar, a design fee is required in advance. This ensures dedicated time for your project and includes the custom design process.

3. Design phase

Based on our consultation, I’ll create a first proposal for your stationery suite. You’ll receive digital previews and have the opportunity to provide feedback during three design rounds.

4. Guest addressing and final approval

If needed, I’ll send a template for guest names and addresses. Once the design is approved, no further changes can be made — we move to production.

5. Production

Your stationery is printed with care using traditional techniques such as letterpress or hot foil, on carefully selected luxury papers. This process takes around 3 weeks.

6. Delivery

Once everything is ready, your stationery will be beautifully packaged and shipped to you, ready for your wedding day.

Investment Custom Wedding Stationery

Each stationery suite is thoughtfully designed and printed by hand on my antique press, using high-quality materials and traditional craftsmanship. This process requires time, care and expertise, resulting in truly one-of-a-kind pieces that elevate your wedding experience.

Booking fee

To reserve your spot in the design calendar, a booking fee of € 150 is required. This amount will be deducted from the final invoice.

Design fees

A fixed design fee is charged for each custom project, which covers the creative process, personal consultation, and preparation of print-ready files:

Save the Date design € 250
Wedding Invitation design € 500

Design fees do not include printing or materials.

Estimated Total Investment

As a general indication, couples typically invest:
€ 600 – € 1200 for Save the Dates
€ 1700 – € 3000 for Wedding Invitations
€ 500 – € 3000 for On the Day items

When to inquire

To maintain the highest level of quality and attention, I take on a limited number of projects each year — ensuring your story gets the focus it truly deserves. Please inquire at least 3 months in advance for Save the Dates and Invitations to ensure availability.
